Fozzie in Bagan
November 2018
As an Instagrammer you cannot have missed the many pictures of hot air balloons over the Bagan temples and pagodas. That’s also how Fozzie became aware of the beauty of this historic place. While sunrise and sunset draw the crowds, Fozzie feels like an adventurous archaeologist when he cruises through the ruins with only few people around. Bagan has more than 2200 temples and pagodas. See how Fozzie visited a few of them. Fozzie – a bear in Bagan.
- Days start early in Bagan. Who would want to miss those golden sunrises?
- Just be aware you won’t be the only one to watch the hot air balloons over the temples. Make sure to secure a good spot.
- Bagan has more than 2200 temples and pagodas. Too many to visit them all. But hey, give it a try.
- Someone gave me some advice where I can find the most beautiful ones.
- It is very convenient if you rent a scooter. The area is just too big to walk.
- Walking through the ruins is fun too.
- If only there weren’t so many of those thistles. Maybe not a problem for you. But they get stuck in my fur.
- Not as golden as in Yangon, but still nice to look at.
- Yeah, let those lanterns fly. Even at night Bagan is beautiful.
- Temples. I see temples everywhere.
- Make sure you have enough time to relax too.
- You think the best moment is when the sun touches the horizon? No, it gets so much better after the sun has disappeared.
