Fozzie in Budapest
October 2014
Budapest is often considered one of the most beautiful cities in Europe and the most liveable in Central and Eastern Europe.
Fozzie is curious to see if there is more to the Hungarian capital than old men playing chess in thermal baths, gulyás, paprika and the third largest parliament building in the world. Oh, and he finds out Hungarian people do toast with beer.
- Woohoo, time for my daily dozen.
- Do I qualify as the new Liberty Statue?
- From now on I won’t forget anymore: Buda to the left, Pest to the right.
- Such a nice place to look onto: Várkert Bazár
- Let me use at least one Hungarian word: Halászbástya
- I guess I can see Viktor Orbán withdrawing the internet tax.
- What a lovely pullover I got from Timea. Thank you so much.
- Time to call it a day.
- Any more stereotypes needed to guess where I am?
- See, a bridge does not only simply connect two parts of a city. It can also be iconic.
