Fozzie in Kota Kinabalu
November 2018
Kota what? Kinabalu. Once called Jesselton, KK is now the state capital of Sabah on Borneo Island. Having been to KL before, Fozzie thought it is about time to visit KK too. Especially since the many small islands just off the city’s coastline seemed like a great opportunity to relax after the quite exhausting visit to Bagan before. Watch Fozzie enjoy a day in Kota Kinabalu.
- I’m only climbing up Signal Hill but it feels like I could soon encounter orangutans.
- Okay, so this is Kota Kinabalu. Not much to see here from Signal Hill. I guess the islands have more to offer.
- Remember me standing in front of the KL sign in KL? Well, here’s the KK equivalent.
- Just a reminder to where we are. It’s my first visit to Borneo.
- Mamutik Island is just one of the many islands off the coast of KK.
- I could sit and watch the blue water all day.
- I am not sure, but I thing I already got tanned.
- Isn’t this how you imagine paradise?
- Would you have thought that this mosque can accomodate up to 12.000 worshippers?
