Fozzie in Delhi
September 2015
India is a country of contrasts and so is its capital. Starting in relatively green New Delhi, Fozzie is also brave enough to dive into the pushing and shoving of Old Delhi. Among all that noise, dirt, heat and smell he encounters very curious and friendly people. That is probably why everybody says “Incredible India!”
- I didn’t expect Delhi to be that green. The air however still seems polluted.
- How am I supposed to cross the street here?
- I didn’t make it to the real Taj Mahal. But Humayun’s Tomb isn’t that bad either.
- That head gear is a safa. Does that make me a Maharaja?
- Whoever Isa Khan may have been, he has a really big tomb.
- Would you believe that this tower goes back to the 12th century?
- The sun is about to set. Let’s grab one of the famous Delhi auto rickshaws.
- Did you know? The dirtier the air, the more colourful the sunset.
- No, it’s not Paris. But yes, it is indeed a copycat Arc De Triomphe.
