Fozzie in Lyon
October 2014
When the Romans founded the city in the 1st century BC they called it Lugdunum. Today it is the so called capital of gastronomy and the real capital of the Rhône-Alpes region. And of course another UNESCO World Heritage Site. As soon as the sun goes down and the lights get on the city reveals its real beauty. Only Lyon.
- I am shocked. It seems they faked the Eiffel tower
- The streets are so narrow here in Vieux Lyon
- This is the best place for a little French pique-nique
- I couldn’t wait to try the macarons
- I just had to sit and watch the night come
- When the lights go on……
- … the city really changes its face
- I can’t help. It reminds me of my recent visit to Amsterdam
